CP 2025DN: Getting Toolbox installed and working across a network

I have a wired network of 6 PC's. as well as a wireless network for our laptops. PC1 (wired) is the "office" machine but PC 6 (wired) has the CP 2025DN installed to it via USB.

 

Printing from another machine, or laptop via wireless, is not a problem but I would like to have TOOLBOX working across the network so as to get alerts, monitor levels etc from PC1 but I have found it impossible to install the "other software" as does not see the printer installed on PC6. Can this be done? On my previous Epson it worked fine.

 

I reiterate that I have NO problem printing across the network, just monitoring what is going on (or not).
