I've recently bought a C309g-m and intially connected it fine to my Home Hub and printed wirelessly. However, it suddenly stopped working and whenever I sent anything to print I got the message that the printer was disconnected.
I ran all the diagnostics and printed off the Wirelss Network test report and the printer is connected ok but the computer cannot find it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software and drivers and it worked fine but stopped once again the following day. I just do not know where to go next with this.
Can anyone help?

When the printer is not working does is still show up in the Printers folder? Another thing to try is the NDU available at:
In the advanced tools section try to stop HP services and then start HP services. That will hopefully be a much quicker way of fixing your issue.
