Deskjet 3052a not connecting to network

.Linksys wrt54G router. PC/Wireless notebooks connect fine. Gateway is 192.168.1.1. Address for DJ3052A is 192.168.223.1. Setup info for this printer is sketchy at best.

That IP structure looks like the printer is on a guest network or a VPN connection.  Certainly it is not on the same network as your Linksys.  Perhaps it is connected to a neighbor's unsecured network?
