Error when I add printer on server

Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000709). double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network.  

 

On the server is still working with this printer and then I have to share this printer on network. but the client cannot add and alert the message below on screen. let help me please now my company is stuck with this printer.

 

The type of printer is HP Laser Jet P1005
