Everything says it is a go, the HP diagnostic shows that the printer is connected and should work fine. It suggests printing a test page - but the page never prints. I've uninstalled and re-installed the drivers, tried troubleshooting and everything else I can think of. The last HP rep I talked to was nice but said since the printer was made in 2008 and out of warranty, the only thing I can do is get an upgrade and buy a new one. I'm in desperate need for this to work ASAP, any help would be appreciated!!
Thanks,
Lani

Also figured I'd mention that this printer worked fine (other than the inability to fax or randomly deciding not to be able to scan anything) up until yesterday when we got a new modem router. The ONLY thing that changed was the IP and router name (SSID) so nothing should physically malfunction - I'm sure there's an easy solution, thanks in advance.

My printer was working fine one day and not the next. I cannot get my printer to find my wireless router. The Radio is on but not working.

Haha no one could help me resolve my HP wireless connection problems, and I spent money multiple times calling India the first 2 years (after that they didn't even let me BUY support for their terrible product) for problems with my SCANNING. Oh and faxing? NEVER got it to work!! What a piece of junk!
I tried to be nice in this forum, hoping and praying by kissing butt one of you support people could help so that the printer might WORK the way it is supposed to. But now I will write you the whole truth and nothing but the truth. My last call to HP support about this wireless problem yielded a guy who told me there was nothing at all he could do, for any price. After I told him about my years of problems with this C7280 he said all he could do was "upgrade" me to a new HP for a "discounted" price of $129.99.
Ahahahahaha I can't even emember the last time I laughed that hard!! I told him how sorry I was that he has to work for such an awful company who makes such abominable products with nothing but horror stories pasted all over the internet, but -please: If I have to purchase another printer, it would NEVER be another HP! I laughed hysterically, and when I finally stopped, kindly said my goodbyes.
I got a beautiful Cannon Pixma for a present last month, which works the way it is supposed to(!!!), and took the HP to the garbage where it belongs.
Hewlett-Packard is surviving today on a name that USED to mean quality, but in recent years, from what I've read, MANY of their products are substandard at best. Off I go to the wide wonderful internet to spread the message of escape from the prison of stress, lost jobs, lost time, lost energy, lost money, lost kids' schoolwork and loss of sanity - by freeing yourself from this HORRID company who DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS. Do yourself a favor and get another printer from another manufacturer. Life is too short.
Good luck to all the rest of you! And for you employees, I would seriously jump ship ASAP if I were you.

I have the same issue. New cable modem w/ integrated wireless router was installed. Printer setup was re-configured for new network device, including passphrase. Still unable to print wirelessly.
