Hi,
i have a question / problem:
we run a hp 4700 in a network and we want to delay the printing.
E.g. a user sends a document from a windows based application to the hp 4700.. normally the windows spooler is sending the document directly to the printer or across the windows spooler (depending on the entries in the driver).
But the problem is that we need to get a delay round about 60 seconds or 90 seconds BEFORE the print job is to be send to the printer. AND also if the print job is sent to the printer the user have to push a button on the printer to get the print job. And if the the user didn´t go to the printer then the print job sohuld be deleted automatically after 60 or 90 seconds.
Is this possible?? How can I delay a windows print job or hold a print job for a specific time?
Best regards
