HP B109n-z 'Ink System Failure' 0xc19a0013

I bought my printer yesterday and when i turned it on i t printed the test page but thet this error code appeared on the screen 0xc19a0013. I bought new printheads today but the problem still remains, tried everything which is published on this website - unplugging/plugging etc. Can someone qualified or who experienced/experiences the problem help me?

Sounds like you have tried everything. Please call the HP support line, where they will perform several troubleshooting steps and if those don't work, replace the printer for you.
