Blue Light keeps flashing no orange light comes on at all.

 

When I go to utility it says...could not connect ...try later

Hi there parachute,

Could you provide the community with a little more information to help narrow troubleshooting? The article mentioned above indicates the product is searching for wireless connection. Have we ever been connected to the access point before or is this a new setup?
