I was wondering if anyone could give me a hand. My Deskjet 9650 has stopped working. When I plug in the printer nothing registers.
I changed Ink cart. but the black Ink will not register and the red light remains on. As soon as I press print, a message pops up almost instantly saying document has failed to print. I have tried all the trouble shooting options and re loaded the printer to no avail.I have it in the UBB002 port. The printer seems to be working fine - its just how it is configuring with the laptop.
