I just switched internet carriers. My Officejet will not log onto the new network. I have made all of the changes requested by technical support. The printer fails to show an IP address. What can I do? How do I get an IP address?

From the front of the printer: Setup > Network > Restore Network Defualts.
Now, from the same Network menu, run the Wireless Setup Wizard.
If that does not work, tell me about your new router. What brand & model? What kind of encryption (WEP, WPA, etc)?
