HP Photosmart 7510 - Cannot ping printer; Is on network

I am unable to print and scan to my printer. I cannot ping my printer but when I look at the wireless settings it has an IP address. I have tired pinging the printer from two different computers, one PC connected to the router via ethernet and one is a laptop connected wirelessly. The PC and the laptop can ping each other. I have tried the following:
- Running HP's Hardware diagnostics
- Running HP's Network diagnostics
- Running HP's Software diagnostics
- All gave the result that they cannot connect to the printer.
- Soft rest of the printer
- Hard rest of the printer
- Checked for firmware updates
- This has been happening since last night and I have restarted my computer twice since then.
I have had the printer for 3 months and it has worked mostly without any problems. Anyone have any idea of what is wrong and how to fix it?

Print a Wireless Nework Test from the front of the printer (Wireless menu). Does it have a valid IP address (not 169.254.X.X or 0.0.0.0.)?
What router?

Yes, it has a valid IP address. 192.168.1.20
My router is a Netgear WNR2000

I fixed the problem. I restarted everything but the router and - go figure - that is what fixed the problem.
