HP Photosmart 7510 Wireless Printer problem

Hello,

 

I ended up setting the HP printer 7510 wirelessly last night.  Everything was working fine, I was able to pront from two different computers wirelessly perfectly.  Now the printer is not connecting to the network at all.  Even though the wireless is working.  I am able to cruise the internet.  Does anyone know why the printer would kick me off of this?

What router?  Print a WIreless Network Test from the Wireless menu on the front of the printer.  Is it indeed connected to your wireless network?

 

What operating systems?

The HP 7510 took itself offline last night, but inciates it is connected.  We have three printers.  None of them can print now.

Hi,

 

The link does not seem to be available now.  I have the same issue as mentioned above.  Currently, I would need to turn off the wireless and turn on again, then I could print from my pc/mac.   Is this a bug?

 

Also, I noticed that this model seem to be cleaning itself every time it wakes up, and all my color ink uses up very quickly, though I mostly print black using fast draft mode.  

 

Help help...

As far as the cleaning goes, make sure the printer has power at all times and is plugged into the wall, not a power strip or surge protector.

My printer has moved to offline status and I can't seem to change it to offline.  I have redone everything twice.  This has happened once before and it returned, but I don't know what I did to change it.

What operating system?  How is the 7510 connected? If wireless, what router are you using?

Hi

My p1102w has dropped "off line" now and won't go back "on line"

Seems to be a common problem.

Can someone from HP please help !
