I tried to print from my wife's laptop. No go. I followed your instructions and am now able to print from her machine also.

Tried to print today. Same problem as before. Went thruough steps as outlined above and was able to print again. But, .....................what happened?

HELP!
Problem came back. Tried to go through steps that previously worked to get printer operational. This time would not work.

THANKS FOR THE ADVICE, BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK! THIS PRINTER IS ONLY USED SEASONALLY AND IS OUT OF WARRANTEE. I WILL NOT SPEND THE $50 OR SO TO HAVE SOMEONE WALK ME THROUGH THE FIX THAT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE ON LINE AT NO CHARGE.
I CURRENTLY HAVE AN HP LAPTOP AND PRINTER. NEITHER IS WORKING UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS. I WILL REMEMBER THAT WHEN I MAKE MY NEXT PURCHASE.
