HP SOLUTION CENTER NOT RUN BECAUSE DEVICE INSTALLTION NOT COMPLETE IN WIN 7

I cannot use HP Solution Center because I only get this message when I start it: "HP Solution Center cannot run because your device installation is not complete".

 

I am running Windows 7 ULTIMATE 32 BIT with an HP PhotoSmart ALL IN ONE.  MY PRINTER IS HP PHOTOSMART ALL IN ONE C-4388.    I can print just fine and the printer is recognized by the PC.  I get thIS problem connectING  through USB. I have re-installed all software multiple times. Please advise on how to get Solution Center up and running.

     My hp4500 series printer/scanner has been installed properly for over a year, but suddenly I was unable to

        access the HPsolution center . I tried re-installing using the hp product disk, but was unable to get it

        working. I`m now not able to scan anything, even using the buttons on top of the printer, my operating

       system is windows 7 home addition . I would appreciate some help with this problem, as for months

       the solution center worked fine, now suddenly, I can`t access it at all.
