HP photosmart Prem C310 wont print

hp sent me a replacement printer and its hooked up but my computers hp center does not detect it? The computer and the printer are both paired with the wireless router.

HI,

 

The sofdtware will not see it automaticly, you need to add it.

 

Put in the software cd or start the downloaded hp software. IT should ask you "Want do you want to do" choose add a device and go through the steps, after this it should be visible in Solution Center
