How do I set up a shortcut to save several pictures to my external drive

My HP 6500A (E710n) usingWindows Vista - I have recently hooked it up to wireless & everything is working fine but I haven't figured out how to continuously send pictures to my external drive - I keep running into the problem of having to move them from my computer to the external - I need a shortcut that is reliable.  Thanks - love the wireless!
