hello

 the wireless light has been blinking for days and i set it next to the router so it can connect to the network but it didn't. i dont know what else i can do.

Is there anyway i can reset the printer?

the wireless light is blinking and said not connected.

 Can anyone please help me?

Hi,

First of all move it away from the router abit. Setting it to close doesnt always help improve the signal, it can actually cause a poor signal. 

Next reset the network seeting on the unit by doing this: Press and hold the cancel button and then press the wireless button. LEt both buttons go and the unit should reset to network defaults.

is the a timeline of how long i should press and hold?

is it the cancel button first then the wireless button or at the same time?

A few seconds should be enough, and first press the cancel button, then press the wireless button, just make sure you release them at the same time.

I tried that but nothing happen and the light is still blinking.

the printer ip address is not showing and still saying not connected.

Is there other way to reset it?

Thats the only way i know, but as its not connected have you tried connecting it to the network again? Try for example to connect a notebook to the pritner by using the wifi network search on the notebook. You should find the printer and be able to directly connect the notebook to the printer.

I tried to connect by holding the wireless button. After it's tried to connect for almost two minutes. It still say not connected.
