I HAVE AN HP WIRELESS 6000 SERIES THAT HAS ALL NEW INK, WILL NOT PRINT ALTHOUGH PAPER RRUNS THROUGH

HP 6000 wireless Officejet

Windows 7

No error messages and system show full ink

added new ink cartridge and did not work write. does print some off color print, tried new black cartridge but same thing. I can see the faint words like trying to print but its like the black ink is not working.

Select the Windows 7 section to expand it into a list of steps you can take to help resolve the issue.

 

The steps provided may seem lengthy but they are very important to go through with as it may also prevent other issues from occuring.

I tried all the steps and STILL see only faint black printing - HELP!!! I've put in a new black cartridge as well as all the colors (they are now flashing that they are empty!) HELP!!!!
