I just received my LaserJet P1102w yesterday and tried to install last night and this morning. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate and Linsys E3000 wireless router. I have tried installing both wirelessly (the computer does see the printer) and via the CD. Something must not have installed correctly somewhere because I cannot print anything. The printer status shows a Print Error but I know nothing more than that. I have uninstalled the printer/software/drivers, rebooted, and re-installed. Nothing, same problem.
Sometime back I must have uninstalled HP Support Assistant so can't go through those diagnostics. I tried to re-install it via the HP website but message said "Your system does not meet the minimum requirements for this update. Update has been cancelled. (9996)" That makes no sense to me at all.
I've tried to Windows Troublshoot apps but those come back fine. I don't know what else to do. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I really need to get this up and running for school this quarter. Thanks!
