J4680 Installs, does not show in Printers list

After a bit of struggle, I was able to successfully set up my OfficeJet J4680 as a wireless printer. It (the setup process) even successfully printed the Wireless Network Test Report, so I KNOW the computer can get the printer to print something wirelessly.

The problem is that after I clicked the final Finish button, the printer has never shown up on my Printers list (in Control Panel and in individual applications "available printers" dropdown on the print dialog box).

I have tried rebooting.

I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to try next, so any suggestions would be greatly welcome.

PS: If it matters, here's some info:

Router -> Netgear's WGT624 108Mbps router

PC -> Dell Latitude D620

OS -> Win XP SP2

Wireless authentication -> WPA

Wireless communication type -> Infrastructure

Dave, I'd try running the software again and selecting the option to add a new device. Since you finished installation, it should give you an option to add a device which you can use to try adding the printer without having to run through all the installation again.

This worked for me. I selected Add a device > Wired network/Wireless and I was good to go. Thanks
