I installed the latest updated to my Officejet Pro 8600 Premium printer and now I'm not able to print or anything. The printer just freezes up. I also cannot connect to my wireless network. I have tried to re-enter the security access code to the network and it tells me I'm not connected, however, when I print the diagnostic reselts it shows that I have passsed all of the tests. I'm very confused and frustrated. I'm trying to operate a business and not being able to print is hindering me a lot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure, what is exactly causing the problem.
You can do following steps to reset it.
1. Uninstall the Software from you PC
2. Reset the printer by going throuh printer lcd and click Setup, Tools and reset to factory defaults. and
restart the printer.
3. Now re-install the hp software on your PC, it will automatically send the wireless info to your printer. Hope it will help

I did what was suggested originally and it worked - that was great! However, I'm still losing my connection to the network and then can't get back on. This is getting very frustrating. I cannot continue to uninstall my printer & reinstall every 7-10 days. Please help me!! I'm trying to run a business and this isn't helping me at all. I own a lot of HP products and have never had this problem before. I thought it might have to do with my signal strength so I bought an extender for my wireless network, but that hasn't helped either. I'm almost to the point of taking my printer back and buying something else.
