I had to download a driver to wireless network and lost the software to import photos from the card reader on my C7250 Photosmart. Can't download the complete package because my internet is too slow. the driver took 3 hours. How do I reload the software?

Get the latest software for your printer from the "Support & Driver" link at the top of this page. You can order a CD from the same place.

Hi,
First of all make sure you have a copy of the wireless driver installer you downloaded as the following process may well revert your system to the previous one, so you will need to reinstall it.
The easiest way to solve this may be to run Windows System Restore. If you have Norton Internet Security installed, you will need to disable Nortons Tamper Protection as shown in Step 2, on the link below.

Once you've done this, shut down the PC. Windows System Restore is usaully best run in Safe Mode. Tap away at f8 as you start the PC to enter Windows Recovery Console. Use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode and hit enter. When this has loaded, from the Start Menu, click All Programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and launch System Restore. Pick a restore point before the card driver went missing and then proceed with the restore process. When complete, Windows will reboot as normal.
Best wishes,
DP-K
