Ok, I have a new computer - with windows 7. I am now able to print only if I can hook up the cable to it.
Is there anyway I can print with the wireless connection like my old computer? I have the printer "sharing" the printer in the network but it still says the printer is "offline" when I disconnect the cable. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Is the printer wirelessly connected to your router? What brand/model router? Print a WIreless Network Test from the front panel - does the printer have a valid IP address (not 169.254.x.x or 0.0.0.0)?
Did you get the latest software for your printer from the "Support & Drivers" link at the top of this page.

We now have a second WIndows 7 PC at home and neither can print wireless to our Photosmart 3100. When printing, the paper jams. Have downloaded current rivers, tried the various troubleshooting tips, uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail. Wired USB printing works. Please help.
