New router! Can't print wireless help!!!

I just yesterday installed a new router, a tenda, and my Internet works fine, but now my hp photosmart c4780 won't print! I need to print wirelessly Plz help!!!

It doesn't show up in my printers and faxes either.

Hello,

Please follow the below steps that should resolve the issue .

On the printer ..

1. Press the SCAN button,
2. Press Wireless Menu.
3. Press Restore Network Defaults.

Power off the printer , wait for 30 secs and then power ON.
Ensure the wireless light (blue colored ) is glowing.

Download the printer software using the below link and follow the instructions.
C4700 software

When I pushed restore network defaults the wifi was disabled it said am I supposed to turn it back on before powering off?

Hello,

yes, to do so..

on the printer control panel..

Press the SCAN button,
Press Wireless Menu.

Press Disable Wireless = Off. or touch on Enable Wireless .
