Printer had functioned fine for 10 months and suddenly was not connected to HP Touchsmart 610. No changes made. When I run the Network setup from the front panel it says Success but when I press OK the date and time displayed are the default (Jan 00...). It appears it has not connected and it does not show up on the network. I restarted holding # and 6 to reset the printer and no luck.
When I connect via USB cable and run the setup CD I get the Firewall 427 port error.

Move the printer and the AP (Access Point -- what you called a "wireless hub") closer to each other. It's possible that your printer's antennas are not as good as your other devices, so the next thing you need to do is solve this signal strength problem so you know it's not failing due to being on the hairy edge of its range.

I don't think that is it. It always detects the network and when I enter the password it always displays Success. If it was losing the signal you would think that sometimes it would not detect the network or the log in would fail. Plus it worked fine from this location for 10 months.

Went on vacation. Upon return powered up the printer to attempt the suggested fixes. It started to print documents from the queue. I went to Devices and Printers and it was available on the network. I then added it as usual. Printed a test page successfully. I had restarted the PC and printer several times before vacation to no avail.
There are two users on the PC. My wife had sent the documents to the printer before we left for vacation but they didn't print at that time. Maybe a different user trying to access the printer had something to do with the spontaneous fix. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
