Hello!
Somebody please help me with this issue:
I have a HP PSC 2355 connected to my desktop (running xp pro 32-bit) with a cable and Shared. The desktop is also connected to my wireless Linksys wrt54gl router.
I'm also using two notebooks over wireless - HP nx7010 and HP 8730w.
On the nx7010 I have win xp pro 32-bit sp3 and there are no problems with printing over the network (wireless). Everything goes fast as it should...
But on the other notebook (8730w) I'm running vista bussiness 64-bit.
With this notebook I have the problem, when I start some programs, they are not responding for a while as they are "Getting info from printer", (the default printer is the one connected to the desktop), and for example in the adobe acrobat when I hit the print button it stops responding for a while...
I tryed to instal drivers for vista on the notebook with vista, but no changes...
Then I went to the install additional drivers on the desktop but of course there are no vista drivers listed...
Please help me correct the problem.
