Photosmart B 209 software update

Photosmart B209 works flawlessly in wireless mode, but recent (late January 2010) automatic software update designed (apparently) to correct IE issues has corrupted my preferred Mozilla Firefox browser interface. Help!

I don't know why it did that, but have you tried reloading Firefox from the Mozilla site?

I'll try reloading (downloading an update to newest version) of Firefox, although I get the following warning message: "Version 3.6 of Firefox is incompatible with HP Smart Web Printing v. 4.60" Should I upgrade anyway???

What operating system are you using?

It's Windows Vista Home Premium, Service Pack 2 on a Toshiba Satellite L305.

Well, I downloaded the software as indicated, and my printer still works fine. But my Mozilla Firefox interface is still messed up. (It was fine before the HP update of ~two weeks ago). Here is what it looks like:

Can you see it? I'm not sure if it's pasted correctly.

Can you go back to Firefox 3.5?

I'm still on Firefox 3.5.7. I didn't upgrade to 3.6 because of the warning regarding incompatibilities with HP Smart Web Printing. And this version was working just fine before the IE update from HP.
