I have a recent problem which began with being unable to print from my netbook. On devices and printers I have an exclamation mark next to my netbook. On running troubleshooter it tells me I have missing drivers but when I try to download them from the internet they fail.
My deskjet computer is now also showing the same problem though it is still printing.
I did find a link to a website on the forum which seemed to sort out my netbook temporarily but I cannot find it now.
I am using Windows 7 64 bit on my desktop and Windows 32 bit on my netbook.
I'd very much appreciate any help.
