Nope ....that didn't work either . I also tried to reset it again and print on default and confirmed that it does print on default ....no problem. I'm stumped.......sad thing ......it's probably something simple. If you think of anything else to try.....just post.
Thanks!

OK, more ideas. Remove encryption from the router and connect the printer. From the front of the printer enable Web Services and see if there is an update for the printer. Let it update.
When it is done, re-enable encryption on the router and try it again. It may be a firmware bug in the printer (although I doubt it - it would have been caught in testing). I still think its your router, but.....

You know what? I think you are trying to make me tear this router up by resetting it a gazillion times!
I was looking at the settings on the printer.....there is no IP address , etc. listed -- the only thing it has is a mac address..... i tried to put it in manually but for some reason wouldn't take. Also, someone asked if i had changed the encryption on the printer ---when i ran a config page at the very bottom has my encryption , but has NO out beside it. The config page shows default beside ssid but shows my ssid in the networks discovered.
If i don't get this fixed this weekend.....I will give in and buy a new router ![]()

Resetore Network Defaults as described above, then re-connect the printer to the router (with no encryption).
