Printer networking issue

So I am having trouble setting up a HP laserJet 2600n to run on a mixed XP and Windows 7 network for prinitng at my in laws house.  I have downloaded the newest driver (v 5.0 i believe) and have relaoded it twice to ensure ti was properly installed.  Still only getting the xop computers to work.  When the computer was hooked up up stairs on a windows 7 machine only the windows 7 computers were working.  ANy help or suggestions would be greatly appreaciated. 

 

The computer the laser jet is hooked up to now is a windows 7 service pack 2, Amd Athlon 64 (3500+) with 3 gigs of ram.

The product you are working with is a commercial printer. I suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support for a better chance at finding a solution.
