Printer suddenly quit feeding paper correctly. Pulls it inside in a tube and shows the jam message.

hp deskjet 3050A all-in-one J611 series

Windows 7 64-bit

paper jam-remove paper and press ok

no changes were made. was working one minute and in the middle of a print job started feeding incorrectly.

 

I take out the paper jam, reload the paper and it pulls it into the interior of the computer into a paper roll.
