Problem with Hp2727nf

Sorry, for my English.

In our organization we have HP2727nf, connected to network. Problem : when user printing some document (its only on his computer. OS : Win XP SP3) HP2727 print 2 or more copies of each page in document. When users printing from other PC, all OK. Driver HP LaserJet M2727 MFP Series PCL6 (61.72.42.0).

Could any help me.
