I have an HP 7510 which is unreliable using the normal drivers since upgrading to Windows 8.1 Home Edition. Sometimes it will print but it usually stops after a while and the computer, a Samsung Chronos Series 7, reports that the printer is in an error state. The printer itself does not seem to think it is in an error state.
Both the laptop and the printer are next to the wifi router, the wifi router reports that both are connected, the blue light on the printer is solid, AND I can print to the printer using ePrint so there is nothing wrong with the wifi connections.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the normal driver software using the wizard to avoid making any mistakes, but the errors continue.

After updating Windows 8.1, the other problem occurs in my computer. There is no more printing because Printer not working after upgrade windows 8.1.

Followed every hint in this forum and still cannot scan - msg "If another program is scanning wait for it to finish"
or "cant' find the scanner"

Sorry to say, but without 8.1 drivers, this is a lost cause for setting up my office 4310 all in one. Just kindly let us know if it is the intentionmto do this or should I replace the device.

HP Officejet 6310 All in one after upgrading to WIN 8 already sometimes the printer didn't work properly but now after upgrading to WIN 8.1 it is hopeless.
Printing 75% problems and scanning is total impossible. Uninstalled already several times all HP files on the computer. Scan Docter many times. Done all the trics know at internet.
Just a lousy printer because a friend with same printer same problems, bought a nwe HP also junk
Have at work 2 simple CANON printers all in one never a problem always working !!!!!!
So who wants a ......printer he is for free

I just upgraded to Windows 8.1 yesterday. Wish i never had. Like everyone else, I can print via default printing driver. NONE of the HP software (downloaded) will work with my 1536. Get same exact error as all others have reported.

No solution yet,
Did all the regserver unregisters, services, etc..etc... None have worked.
