The install software for my cb023a will not complete the install.

I am shifting a couple of HP printers around from the office to the house.  There is no CD for the CB023a (8500) so I downloaded the full version.  I ran it and it could not complete the install.  I can see the printer screen if I use the IP address in MS Internet Explorer and in fact I can print a test page.  I can not see the printer if I try to add a printer from the control panel.  On my fourth attempt I downloaded the basic install package and the same results occured.  I have been through the help instructions with no results.  I also have a 6310 plugged into my network which I can not see at all.

please uninstall the current software which is installed & restart the system & install the full feature software & untill the software promts for printer to be connected, don't connect the printer until the software promts try this if problem persists please replay with the correct error message what you are getting
