Hi there.
The problem I'm having is that all computers on the network can install the drivers and connect to the printer. How do I limit the printing capabilities only to 2 computers so the rest of the network won't be able to print to this printer?
How do I deny access for the rest of the network computers?

You didn't mention whether your network is a peer-to-peer or a client-server arrangement, but the following advice applies to both situations.
The issue of which computer may or may not install computers is really an issue of which users have elevated privileges (i.e., administrator). Only users with administrator privileges should be able to install network printers. If all of the users in your network have these privileges, then you have a security issue your management needs to review. What should happen is that you have a limited number of persons with administrator privileges that can add or remove printers (the fewer, the better). This may require some of your network user accounts to be changed. If this is, in fact, the case, the solution for your issue is outside the scope of this discussion and your company needs to pay somebody with networking experience to set up your user accounts properly.

We are renting an office in a multi-office building and wireless network is provided by building management. Our office has two computers - 1 is connected to printer with USB cable and the second one wirelessly over the network. At the moment the printer is discoverable to all the other offices in the building as well. We would like to make sure that no other offices can print to our printer.

In order to make your printer "your own," and not visible to other wireless users, you need to have your own wireless network, with a unique SSID and encryption password or passphrase. When you have this type of setup, any devices on your network are only discoverable to other users or devices on that specific network. Unfortunately, it looks like you are at the mercy of the network setup for your building. Does your building's wireless network require a password or passphrase to be able to use it (it would only have to be input the first time your computers connect to it)? If not, I urge you to immediately remove your company's computers from that network and create your own. If you are networked with all of the other building tenants, they potentially could have access to data on your office's computers; that's not a good situation to be in, particularly if you are handling sensitive identification information on your computers; such as, social security numbers, credit card numbers, and the like. Getting back to whether the network you are on requires a password/passphrase: if it does not require this, then the data being transmitted over that network will NOT be encrypted, and will be subject to intercept by other users on the network, or by "war drivers." War drivers are people that cruise around looking for unsecure wireless networks so they can harvest information from them, or use the networks for conducting illicit or illegal activities. Even some large retail chains have been victims of this sort of "signal theft."
I realize this got a bit off-topic with regard to your printer, but I feel strongly that you need to make sure your business's data is protected from intrusion.

The wireless network is secured but I was hoping that there is a way to secure the printer from the printer's side.

Do I have to follow these steps still, if I am trying to connect the printer via a Home Network or wirelessly??

I heard that HP support is really bad. And from the non-responses people get when asking about the Video or other questions proves that out. I think I'll be returning the C4740 printer as I can get the printer hook up to my wireless router, and I'm a fairly knowledgable computer person.

The video is embedded into the first post of this thread. Since you couldn't figure that out, there's a direct link.
