I am looking for ways to reconnect to my wireless device without uninstalling / reinstalling the software. We are using Mac devices, so we have a wireless Mac time capsule (WPA2) as our router and I'm using a macbook air computer. I only need to update or change our password. Could you please tell us how to update the password?

Hi,
You do not have to reinstall the printer software to reconnect the printer to your network:
One option is to reconnect the printer by following the Wireless Setup Wizard from the printer setup menu.
If such not available, you may use the HP Setup Assistant:
- Enter System Preferences > Print & Scan.
- Remove any existing print queue of your printer.
- Temporary connect the printer to your Mac by USB.
- From Applications > Hewlett-Packard > Device Utilities, launch the HP Setup Assistant and follow the steps to configure the Wireless connection.
For any issue you may have, please clarify your printer model.
Regards,
Shlomi
