I am using a new Desket 3050A all in one printer J611 with windows 7 operating system
Why do I have to reboot the router before each printing session?
When i begin working in the office I power up the printer from the front panel the wireless blue light is on constant but i get an error message saying anable to communicate

It sounds like the printer is losing the network communication since rebooting the router seems to work.
Setting a static IP typically resolves network issues like this.
Set a static IP by following the steps as outlined in step 6 of this document from HP.
The only variation I would suggest is using Google's public DNS servers (primary 8.8.8.8, secondary 8.8.4.4) as they seem to work with ePrint fairly well. If you have not had any problems with ePrint, then your ISP's DNS servers are more than likely ok to use.
