We have an HP Officejet 4500 wireless. It prints word docs great, but will not print webpages. Suggestions?

Hello,
We too have exactly the same problem, with exactly the same printer: the OJ 4500 wireless All-In-One, running on Windows 7 64 Bit, with Service Pack 1. Both the printer and the computer are brand new, and we had downloaded the latest HP driver from the web. We can print from any Windows program, such as Word or Notepad, etc.; but when we try to print from the web browser (IE 9), the document goes into the queue, but fails to print. Somebody must know the answer! Please help!
Thank you, Chuck

Thank you for the suggestion, but I solved the problem already. I should have posted the solution here, but I forgot I had posted here in the first place. Mea culpa! I'm giving you Kudos anyway for making a good suggestion.
I downloaded the HP AIO Scrubber Utility and completely uninstalled. After rebooting, I reinstalled the full downloaded 4500 AIO driver and software, and it worked fine. Here is a tinyurl (with preview) of the current link to the uninstall utility for the 4500, which is a file named OJ4500vG510n-z_Scrubber_13.exe:

After you download and run it, a folder will open up with all the files. Just run the file named uninstall_l4.bat. If common file extensions are hidden, you might not see the .bat at the end. It is actually the last file at the bottom. Just double click it, and let it run all of its uninstall magic. It will reboot the PC at the end.
Then you can run the software and reinstall.
God bless! Chuck

OK, even using Safari we cannot print a selection from a webpage. The only active choices are print all or print a page range. Pint selection is deactivated. Any ideas?
