As soon as I restart my machine, my wireless setting is lost and I need to reset again. Due to this issue, I have to keep my printer in on condition when not in use. How to save my wireless configuration setting.

Hi jeevasiva!
You may need to set a Manual/Static IP address, the exact steps will depend on exactly which model of the Photosmart Premium you own (although you should be able to find that setting by digging through the Setup Menu on the front panel of the printer, the option you're looking for will most likely be labelled 'IP settings' and should be inside the 'Network' menu).
The reason for this is that your wireless router may be disconnecting/reconnecting the unit from the network in quick little bursts, and assigning the unit a new IP address (that your computer isn't going to recognize automatically). If you set a Manual IP, then the unit will reconnect to the network with the same IP address every time, likely alleviating this issue.

Here are direct instructions on setting a static ip address.
STEP 1. If your printer is not currently on the network, first run the WIRELESS SETUP WIZARD . (If your printer is on the network skip this step.)
Press <setup>
Select "Network"
Select "Wireless Set up Wizard
-Select Your your SSID (the name of your net work)
-in put your network NETWORK password (if unchanged sometimes it is located on the wireless router)
*If done correctly you should get a message that says connection successful...If not try again.
STEP 2. Print a network configuration page
Press <setup>
Select "network"
Select "View Network Settings"
Select "print network configuration page"
***MAKE SURE THE IP Address first 2 sets of numbers are 192.168.any#.any#
(example of good ip address 192.168.1.5)
-if you have a good IP address you are ready to set it static
STEP 3 SETTING A STATIC IP
Press <setup>
Select "Network"
Select "Advanced Setup"
Select "IP Settings". Acknowledge the warning.
Select "Manual".
Verify that the IP address is not all zeros. Use the IP address on the Network configuration page
Verify that the Subnet mask is 255.255.255.0
Press the return key until you get back to idle screen.
Power cycle the printer.
