after powercut HP Photosmart C309a wo'nt connect or work on network [ Edited ]

The printer is wireless configured and worked before the powercut. After power was restored the printer appeared disconnected on all computers. I have tried the network wizard (does not work) I have tried using a USB to and an SD card to install the network settings (doesn't want to know) I have downloaded the diagostics (the device is not connected, (I already know this)) how do I get this working again?

Let's reset the printer and power supply.  

1. Turn the printer off.

2. Unplug the power supply from both the wall and the printer for 5 minutes.

3. Plug it back in.

4. While holding # and 6 keys, turn the printer back on.

I have the same problem, tried the power off for 5 minutes, then starting with # and 6 but no change. any other suggestions?

No, that's about it.  Run a Wireless Network Test from the Setup > Network menu on the front panel.

already have, it just says that it can't find any wireless networks in range. How hard is it to R&R the wirless card? I was really hoping that this printer wasn't going to have problems so soon. had 14 months now.

R&R the card is not that bad, but it is tough and expensive to get a new card.  Sorry.

I have a similar problem. I tried the steps listed.  The wizard just keeps searching for the router. Any u[date re the problem?

I have the same problem. Tried everything but printer doesn't connect to wireless network. My printer is also out of warranty. Very annoying. HP should be able to do something about this problem.

Same problem here. I tried the fixes several times to no avail.  I can't believe this has happened on a relatively new printer. I had to buy this to replace my previous (two year old) Photosmart because the features didn't work with Win7 or Office 2007. And it isn't as if this is a low end printer in terms of cost. Yes, I can use it wired, but that means the laptops in my house can't use it easily. Not happy with HP printers any more. Basically, you are saying if I want a wireless printer I should dump this one in the landfill and buy a new one because it is too expensive to fix. What a waste.
