O.K. I did it comes up to this.  I have tried using adim and password but it does nothing.

OK, well, so much for that. I am trying to get into the settings of the router.  Do you have a CD that came with the router?

Did you try the installation after restarting the router, printer and PC?

Yes, the router did come with a cd.

Yes,I have tried restarting the printer, router, computer.  Still nothing.

By the way, the light on the printer is blue and not blinking but it will not let me print with the wireless.  I think it said if it was blinking it was not connected to wireless but if it was not blinking it was connected.  But I still can not print.

OK, get into the router settings with the CD and make sure it has updated firmware.

Next, on the printer, click the wirless button and print a Wireless Network Test from the menu.  Does it indicate that it is connected to your network?

I have been trying to find the usb cable that connects my laptop to the router.  Still can not find it but will keep looking.  When I put the router CD it, it said it had to be connected to the router. 

When I print a test sheet, it says "pass" on wireless on and wireless working.  It has "excellent" signal quality.  Under connected, it has pass.

Still can not print wirelessly.

Any other suggestions?

OK, I assume the printout indicates it is connected to YOUR wireles network, right?

What does it say?

It may be your McAfee that is blocking the communication.  Can you disable the McAfee firewall?

o.k I have downloaded it and turned off firewall.  It asked me to choose a printer but my printer was not listed.  There was nothing listed.

Restart the router (pull the power plug momentarily), printer and your PC and run the utility again.

Did all of this and still saying unable to find printer.

What should I do now?
