Re: how can i fix the problem of unable to print

Hi,

I just replaced my black ink cartridge in my officejet 4500 printer, and i'm getting a message that "the following cartridge is not available for printing-black." I tried several times to reinsert cartridge. Please help!

Yahay!!!! I've done it!!!! Download from apple store hp home and biz and printer control, register and then turn on sharing and just follow instructions and you'll be away,, Make sure you've updated your iPad or iPhone before. Hope this works for you Happy printing Nikki
