Told you i was stupid. How do I disable Kaspersky.

I do not know how to disable Kaspersky. Can you tell me how to do that.

Open the Kaspersky dashboard.  It should be in the lower right side of your desktop (in the taskbar).  Open it and look around.  At least disable its firewall.

OK, I disabled kaspersky and tried to print something. It did finally print, but after about 15 minutes. Sometimes we will try to print something and it will not print until the following day.Also we have a PC and a laptop, diff  sec companys.

I tried to print from my PC after I disabled Kaspersky and it gave me an error twice, saying unable to communicate .Know what?

Have you restarted your PC, router and printer?

sorry, dont know your operation.didnt mean to upset you. Yes everything is restarted.

Not upset, just wanted to make sure you are not disappointed in the format and timing.

When the printer shows as being offline is it really?  If you print a Wireless Network Test from the front of the printer does it show as still being connected to your network?

I did the print diagnostic again and it still shows all is working.But when I try to print something from my pc it shows unable to communicate. doesnt do this all the time though.sometimes it prints ok and sometimes it takes several minutes or wont print until the following day. Any suggestions?
