how can i fix the problem of unable to print

We have two laptops.  For no reason they would each print wireless on HP Officejet 6500 E709n Series one day and not the next for no good reason that we could find.  To make a long story short, the only thing that ultimately worked was uninstalling the software (simply undating did not work) and reinstalling the software for that printer on each laptop.

I have a photosmart C5280 all-in-one printer, the light is flashing and states refer to printer documentation with print cartridges written at top of window, nothing will print, nothing is jammmed. I have tried a number of solutions but nothing worked. When I check to see what is printing it will say it is printing but will not print out of printer.

I have an Officejet 6500A and can't print my emails from Windows Live.  It will print the header but not the message.  Any fixes?

New to this...we have an HP 6940 printer...running XP.In the last 3 months it has started to print Gibberish when printing out spec sheets for me.Usually they are Adobe format.It isn't consisitent.sometimes it will print in normal english & the next line might be this Gibberish.(symbols,letters running into each other)Please let me know how to cure this problem...Thanks

I have new hp cartridgesin and was printing fine and all of a sudden the print got lighter even though the ink level shows full. Now it won' even print light??
