HP Photosmart D110 All in one.  wireless router NETGEAR, Windows 7.  I ran a test report and it passed

it says software missing.... that funny it was working just the other day

OK, let's do this:

 

1. Use the uninstaller in Start > All Programs > Hewlett-Packard > [your printer model].

2. Reboot your PC.

3. Get the latest software for your printer from the "Support & Drivers" link at the top of this page.  Run the installer and choose "Wireless" or "Network" as the installation type when it asks.

My  on line system has just been changed to Verizon Fios.  How do I get my printer back on line to work with my HP laptop?

On the front of the printer: Setup > Wireless > Restore Defaults.

 

On your PC, go to Programs > HP > [your model] > Add a Device
