my printer was working fine, suddenly it says not connected to internet. my computer is connected. How do i get it connected?

Do you mean it is not connected to your wireless network?  What router?

WPA Router I think error message the printer says Wps timeout what can I do to fix it

OK, so you are trying to install using WPS.  What router brand and model?  Did you start WPS on the printer then on the router (within 2 minutes)?

The brand and model I think is Arris D2C6 and yes I started WPS on the printer then on the router within two minutes

OK, attached is the manual for your router, you may need to enable WPS on the router (choose Pushbutton method).

Another way to install this printer is:

1. Go to System Preferences > Print & Scan, select your printer and click the '-' sign at the bottom of the list.

2. Go to the front of the printer, press the wireless button and navigate to Wireless Settings > "Restore Defaults"

3. Open Finder and go to Applications > HP > [your model number] > Printer Setup & Software (may be called Add a Device).  Open the app and choose Wireless as the connection type.
