The printer (B110a) is usually offline. I am using windows 7
When trying to use the technical support on the website, the advice given says to find the IP address in the location box which is in the printer properties folder, then paste that same number into the web browser.
when I go into the printer properties folder, the location box is empty. How do i find the IP address?
Problem I am having:
The printer is supposed to be wireless. All the wireless network test reports print out fine, but the connection between the computer and printer doesn't work. The printer is normally offline and disconnected, and nothing prints unless I connect the USB cable from the printer directly to the computer.
Thanks
