i can't find my topic in any of the help areas.

#1 Fax line is plugged in by wire. Machine is not recieving faxes. When called the number rings and rings but the machine does not. also says phone line in use. It's not.
#2: Unable to print from printer. It's through a network. The printer shows wireless access enabled. eprint light is orange. When i press it it says. unable to connect to server. Help

Hi Laurel,
You can find some help for your printer by looking up the information in your printer's manual - the "how to" for the fax setup should be in the printer's online help file. If you have the printer's software installed, this will be easier.
How to access the Help File:
HP Solution Center > Help (at the bottom of HPSC) > Help for Your Device > Search >
enter the fax "keyword" to get started.
If you don't have access to the onboard help software, start at Support and Drivers
Enter your printer's information. You'll find software (maybe) for your printer, manuals, and other information at your printer's website to help you. (If you need help getting the printer software and/or instructions here, just ask.)
Below is the Help and Information document for the Wireless Center - You can use it to double check all your wireless settings. Most of it you may have already done; it is good to double check and to have a document with you to help you know what you have done and what to check next.
