i can't get my all-in-one hp to fax

my hp officajet j6480 all-in-one will not fax out any form, over my wireless networke

Do you have your phone cord into LINE 1 on the back of the printer?

What kind of phone service do you have?  Analog, DSL, cable, etc?

If you have anything other than analog, you need a DSL filter on the line between the modem and the printer, turn off the ECM and change fax speed to slow.
