i cannot retrieve my email address

I just hooked up my HP Photosmart 5510 wireless printer.  Here are the instructions for finding its email address: "For Photosmart: On the printer's front panel display, touch Wireless>Web Services>Display Email, or if available on your device, touch the ePrint icon on the printer front panel."

 

My front panel display has none of these!  Any ideas?

Is the printer connected wirelessly?  The ePrint features will not work if it is not.

 

Have Web Services been enabled from the front of the printer?  Setup > Web Services.
